Comfort and care when it matters most
Goodwin Hospice provides comfort, dignity and support for patients and their families. We enhance care with services like end-of-life doulas, massage therapy, pet therapy and Threshold Choir, bringing peace and connection when it matters most. As one of the only nonprofit hospice providers in our area, we provide these services at no additional cost, thanks to support from our generous donors to our Hospice Fund.

A compassionate presence through every stage of life
End-of-life doulas offer emotional, spiritual and physical support to individuals and their loved ones, helping them navigate their days with peace and dignity. They provide comfort, assist with legacy projects and offer guidance to families, ensuring that no one faces this journey alone. Whether through quiet companionship, conversation or simple acts of kindness, doulas create a space where love and meaning remain at the center of care.
massage THERAPY
The healing power of touch
A gentle touch can ease pain, calm anxiety and bring a sense of peace. Our hospice massage therapy, guided by therapists who bring special training to their care, provides a safe, soothing touch to help patients relax and find comfort in their final days. By relieving tension and promoting relaxation, massage helps create moments of serenity during a deeply personal journey.
Bereavement Support
Support for now and later
Goodwin Hospice offers bereavement support to families for 13 months following the death of a loved one. Through the Hospice Fund, we’re able to provide meaningful touches of care like remembrance day ceremonies, bereavement bags and regular follow-up from our team. Grief takes time, and no one has to walk through it alone.
FULL CIRCLE AFTERCARE
Aftercare support
Grief doesn’t end when a loved one passes, and neither does our care. We partner with Full Circle Aftercare to offer support. Whether through guidance on final arrangements or simply offering a listening ear, we are here to ensure that families never feel alone in their grief.
